PORCELAINE

Everything begins with a paper sheet… Assemblage, folding, collage are the base of that dinner service, of the object. Every piece (plate, salad bowl…) keep the mark of its model. The porcelain, by its whiteness, fineness and its lightness, reproduces the substance of paper, the fragility of paper.

Group of porcelain extra white made in the workshop of Saint Yriex la Perche, near to Limoges. The collection is made of many pieces, numbered and signed : vases, coffee cups and tea cups, plates, pitchers, sauceboats, saucers, salad bowls.
