Laurence Vetu

Laurence Vetu graduated from l’Ecole des Arts décoratifs de Paris and the School of Visual Arts of New-York. She started her career as artistic director in the press (Vogue USA, NY times Magazine) in the USA and then in France (Femme, Figaro Magazine). About ten years ago she become a photograph. Near to her commercial career, she has always developped her personal work. « I feel that what interests me in image, is the emotion, impalpable feeling. But this emotion is also thought as I put in situation nature or characters to catch this fleeting feeling. The act of photographying is for me paradoxical and essential. »
